Terms of the deal were not disclosed. http://www.nyfix.com _____________________________________________ o NY State Agencies Approve Transfer of $650 Million Incentives to AMD Spinoff New York, N.Y. -- New York's Empire State Development Co. and Public Authorities Control Board have approved the transfer of $650 million worth of incentives to Advanced Micro Devices' manufacturing spinoff, The Foundry Co. Two months ago, AMD has announced its intention to spin off its manufacturing assets to create a new and separate company in partnership with the Advanced Technology Investment Co. of Abu Dhabi that will offer other semiconductor companies manufacturing services previously provided by AMD. The $650 million in state financial incentives, awarded to AMD in 2006, are earmarked for the construction of a silicon wafer fabrication plant in Saratoga County. Clash-Media was launched in 2006 and now delivers around 3 million opted-in sales leads every month. Its customers, among others, include Whiskas, Toyota, Cheapflights and AXA. One measure increases the number of company shares from 4.5 billion to 8 billion, while a second gives the company's board the power to effect a reverse stock split of between 1-for-10 and 1-for-50 anytime prior to December 31, 2009. The stock opened at $0.14 on Friday, down from nearly $4 a year ago. Clarke climbed the Times building in June, two hours after French stuntman Alain Robert, who was attempting to promote awareness of global warming.
